KINDERGARTEN – FIRST GRADE
Join our Kindergarten - First grade children (entering K and 1^st grade in the fall) as they spend the summer with our experienced staff at beaches, pools, in the forest, on playgrounds or at the center gaining skills, creating new experiences and building new friendships.

1. SPORTS WEEK 6/23-6/27
Join Kids Inc and Skyhawks for an exciting week of sports! The Skyhawks will teach your child the skills required for success in youth soccer / basketball /baseball. The fast pace and excitement of these sports will engage your child and promote lifelong activity. $20 Sports fee includes t-shirt

2. TO INFINITY AND BEYOND 6/30- 7/3
How fast will your rocket soar? Will your egg "survive" when you drop it from great heights? How far will your missile fly? Come join us as we build rockets from everyday household items, watch stomp rockets fly, explore dry-ice rockets, launch foam rockets and do the egg drop. $5.00 activity fee.

3. KIDS INC PRESENT: THE LORAX 7/07-7/11
We will spend a whirlwind week adapting Dr Suess’s The Lorax for the stage-building sets, designing costumes and performing. We will takie a visit to the Seattle Children's Theatre for advice as well as have visiting specialist that will help our young thespians keep on track.

4. CRAFT CRAZY 7/14-7/18
Come to Camp Kids Inc and create to your heart's content! Build wind puppets, make hand casting and models of boats or birdhouses. Work with a visiting specialist that will help expand your imagination. $5 Craft fee

5. BOATING 7/21-7/25
Spend a week of paddling fun at Kids Inc! Sail the Sound and visit the Wooden Boat Center . Help turn our center into a steam ship, complete with a cargo hold. Build boats to ride, boats to eat and boats to float. $5 Activity fee

6. SWIM/BIKE/GOLF 7/28-8/1
Join us for an action packed sports week. Get a hole in one at your favorite mini-golf center, practice riding your bike and find the sun at your favorite beach or pool.
$5 Activity fee.

7. THE GREAT OUTDOORS 8/4-8/8
Get out your hiking boots, your magnifying glasses and your beach hat. Come to Kids Inc to discover the wonders of the ponds at Camp Long , learn about low tides at Golden Gardens and hike the trails at Discovery Park .

8. RACE-TASTICK 8/11-8/15
Race against the clock as you and your teammates follow a trail of historic, artistic or just wacky locations throughout the city-photograph them and dash back to Kids Inc to create a visual artifact of the search! Look for hard-to-find places like neon sculpture of Rapunzel, Roethke Mews street or Angie's Umbrella in this weeklong adventure. Create your own personal journal as a record of this exciting week. A smash hit with the kids. $10.00 Activity fee

9. ANI-MAZING 8/18-8/22
Let Kids Inc bring out the animal lover in you. Spend a week with us exploring as much as you like about wild animals, farm animals and pets. We will make animal tracks and visit twice with the Woodland Park Zoo with a naturalist. Don’t forget a visit to the world renowned Kangaroo Farm and join in our pet parade.
$20.00 Activity Fee

10. SPLISH SPLASH IN THE TROPICS 8/25-8/27
Water, water everywhere! Share favorite water games, or swimming holes, and make your favorite smoothies. End the summer at the popular Mountlake Terrace Recreation Pavilion Swimming Pool. $10 Activity fee

SECOND – FIFTH GRADERS
Connect with our Second - Fifth grade children (12 years old and under) this summer as they deepen their knowledge and understanding of skills they have developed through their early childhood. Experience and develop your sports, artistic and scientific skills while enjoying Seattle and its neighborhoods

Spend an exciting week learning about rockets! Find out when the first rocket was built and which rocket has gone the farthest. Find out how to build the best rocket with the most payload using everyday household items. End the week with a blast ? See how high your rocket will go. $5.00

4. PLAN BUILD AND CONSTRUCT 7/14-7/18
Expand your imagination and challenge yourself as you build alongside your campmates. Choose from a variety of materials and work with a visiting specialist. Spend the day in your creation. $5.00

5. KAYACKING 7/21 - 7/25
Come to Kids Inc for a week of kayaking fun! Spend three 1 ½ hour sessions with the Moss Bay Rowing Club,learning how to kayak. You will learn water safety in a new boating destination on Lake Union 's protected waterways.
$24 Boating fee

6. SWIM/BIKE/GOLF 7/28-8/1
Join us for an action packed sports week. Swing away at the Interbay Golf Center driving range or mini golf, your choice. Ride your bike along the Burke Gilman Trail and splash to your hearts content at Pop Mounger pool.
$5 Activity fee.
